Angry crowds gathered in New York in protest against Joe Biden’s recent actions, some were carrying signs and chanting.
The rally in Foley Square earlier this week was organized by Teachers for Choice in protest of Biden’s mandatory vaccine policy but quickly branched out to other recent decisions made by the president.
Protesters were carrying signs that read, “Last year’s heroes, this year’s unemployed,” “My body, my choice,” and “I call the shots.”
In a video that has since been posted to social media, protesters that were marching across the Brooklyn Bridge can be heard chanting “F–k Joe Biden.”

“I have lived and worked in this city as a civil servant for 28 years of my life,” said retired teacher Amy Carroll. “I should be able to make my own health decisions and make a decision that doesn’t affect my employment, that doesn’t affect my right to go to a restaurant, or a Broadway play, or a museum.”
Carroll’s husband Bill, also a retired teacher, said: “I think what they’re doing in America, they’re taking away our rights about all decisions, medical decisions, we’re standing here we’re letting the government take over everything.”
In an address last week Biden announced an across the national policy that requires all companies with over 100 workers to either get vaccinated or to be tested for COVID-19 weekly. Last month New York Mayor Bill de Blasio had already announced that all employees of the Department of Education had to be vaccinated by the September 27 deadline.
“I came with a bunch of teachers from a school in Whitestone, Queens,” said Alycia Morell. “We’re here because of the mandates, some of us are even vaccinated, but we’re fighting the mandate and we don’t want the children to have to be mandated for vaccines – so we’re fighting for everybody, not just ourselves.”
New York is not the first place to have people chanting against Biden, fans could be heard chanting “F–k Joe Biden” at Coastal Carolina University, Virginia Tech, Auburn University, and Texas A&M games this month.
