Police released a video of 7 teenagers beating a 73-year-old Philladephia man to death with a traffic cone last month.
Shocking footage of the incident shows a group of teenagers chasing James Lambert down the 2100 block of Cecil B. Moore Avenue.
The video shows Lambert trying avoid the teens.
The group followed him across the street and one of the male suspects struck him from behind with a traffic cone.
After Lambert was knocked to the ground, one of the females picked up the cone and hit him.
Other members of the group were smiling and laughing as they filmed the attack.
Lambert tried to flee but he was struck again by the same female assailant.
The teenagers then left the scene.
Lambert succumbed to his injuries the next day.
The police have offered a $20,000 reward for information on the individuals who have been described as "four Black males and three Black females who appear to be in their early to mid-teens."
